☑ Check lines: day / site / infections
☑ Review goals of care discussions

During Rounds

☑ Present succinctly with trends
☑ Propose plan: ventilator, pressors, fluids, antibiotics, procedures
☑ Confirm SBT/SAT eligibility
☑ Coordinate family updates

Afternoon Tasks

☑ Follow up on ordered tests
☑ Reassess vitals, pressors, urine output every 1–2 hrs
☑ Update nurses on plan
☑ Prepare for procedures
☑ Write complete progress notes
☑ Follow up labs and cultures

Before Sign-Out

☑ Stable vital trends?
☑ Drips titrated appropriately?
☑ Vent weaning plan ready?
☑ Any pending results to follow?
☑ Complete handoff summary
