•    Follow-up echocardiogram to eval shunt
•    NPO until SLP
•    A1c,  lipid panel, TSH, CBC CMP, Mag,pho PT INR
•    Strict intake and output
•    SCD DVT prophylaxis
•    Hold off home antihypertensive medication
•    Pepcid for GI prophylaxis
